Welcome back to school MVRHS!
What a great first day! I am so incredibly proud of the students and how they managed a whole lot of change today. Things went incredibly smoothly, and I give a TON of credit to our students and staff. It was a good day–lots of conversations and engaging classes, a great vibe and positivity. I am very optimistic about the upcoming year. Thank you students, and thank you MVRHS families for supporting us as we navigate ‘Away for the Day’; a transition we think will bring positive change to our school as a whole.
A few notes:
- Students: Please be sure to bring your Yondr pouches tomorrow. If you don’t, you will need to hand your phone into the front office for them to keep until the end of the day. This will result in a slower dismissal time for you!
- Please bring your student ID to expedite the lunch line and so seniors can go in and out of the building during open campus
- Tomorrow 9th graders will have class meeting during first MM flex (12:00-12:26) and 11th graders during second MM flex (12:30-1:00).
