Dear MVRHS Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
As part of the NEASC Accreditation process we are asking for families to complete the below survey to provide our school with important feedback on our work. The purpose of the survey is to guide the Self-Reflection process to learn more about what is working well for our students and identify areas for growth and improvement.
Our goal is to reach 25% participation! When we reach that goal, gift card raffles will be drawn for four lucky families!
A few things to note:
- The survey is confidential, please answer all questions as accurately and honestly as possible.
- Once you begin the survey, you cannot restart. Please complete the entire survey in one session. It should take on average 10 minutes to complete.
- You can choose your language preference from the pull-down menu above the title on the welcome screen.
- You do not need to complete multiple surveys if you have more than one student in the school.
- Click HERE to take the survey. The survey will be open until December 1st.
In addition to input from staff and families, students will also have an opportunity to complete the student survey during the school day on Monday, November 27th.
