The focus of our culinary arts program is training valued foodservice employees. This program also provides entrepreneurial training in all aspects of cooking, and food service. Students learn to multi-task, listen carefully, and communicate clearly as they develop the proficiency, knowledge, and skills necessary for success in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. This three year program will concentrate on culinary skills in baking, vegetable and fruit preparation; meat, fish and poultry preparation; and soups, sauces, desert preparation and dining room service and nutrition.
