Parent Teacher Conferences will be held November 21-26. Scheduling will open on November 11. All conferences will be held via zoom. Deadline to schedule is November 18, 2024.
All four days will be 11AM dismissal days. Bagged lunch will be provided for students on those days.

Conference Dates and Times:
Thursday, November 21: 4:30 – 8:00 PM
Friday, November 22: 11:30 – 3:00PM
Monday, November 25: 4:30 – 8:00PM
Tuesday, November 26: 11:30 – 3:00 PM
Bell/Block Schedule:
7:40 – 8:27 AM: 1st Period
8:31 – 9:18 AM: 2nd Period
9:22 – 10:09 AM: 3rd Period
10:13 – 11:00 AM: 4th Period
What do I do if this is my first time scheduling conferences at MVRHS?
- Enter your email address and push “Login/Create Account”. You will get a form that asks for your name and asks you to select a password.
- Fill in the required fields and register.
- Click on “Add Student”.
- For each child, enter their student ID ( lunch number), and push “Add”
- You can find your child’s ID number in the Portal following their name.
- Once all your children are listed at the top push “Done”.
- Click the day and times you want to schedule.
The pickAtime account I created in elementary school is not working for the high school?
- If you have used the pickAtime program at your elementary school it is not the same as your pickAtime account with the high school. You will need to create a new high school pickAtime account. Please “Login/Create Account”.
What do I do if I have already scheduled a conference at the MVRHS last year?
- If you created an account last year, enter your password with an email address. If you forgot your password, put in your email address and click the “forgot my password” button.
What is the deadline to schedule conferences?
- Registration for conferences will close on November 18. 2024. If you miss the deadline, email the teacher directly to schedule a time. If you would like to make an appointment with a teacher that your child does not have a class with, you will also need to email the teacher directly.
