Academic Honesty Pledge
This week during Mentor Meeting, students will be completing their annual Academic Honesty Pledge. Academic honesty at MVRHS is a respectful, safe and responsible quality expected of all students. Click here to learn more about our Academic Honesty Policy.
School Photos Sept 28-29
School Pictures will take place September 28th and 29th in the PAC Lobby. As we have done in years past, groups will be sent by English class. All students need to be photographed as they will be receiving a bar coded student ID that they will need for use at school. O’Connor Studios will be providing our photo’s this year and will be emailing families about ordering prints. Prints will be mailed directly to families. If you have any questions about ordering prints, you can contact O’Connor Studios customer support at 978-640-6250 or email them here.
Students: Join Unified Basketball!
What is Unified? Here’s a brief promo video. In short, Unified sports are MIAA and Special Olympics sponsored sports that bring together students with disabilities (athletes) and neurotypical students (partners). Ideally, there is an equal balance between athletes and partners. There are some open spots on the team for any interested students! If you’re interested in joining, see Mr. McGrath or Ms. Muir and/or join a meeting Tuesday 9/19 after school in the gym to learn more!
Attention Freshman: Join Student Government!
Calling any students interested in running for 9th grade Student Government! This is a great opportunity to get involved, meet new people, and have a role in organizing fun activities for your class. Application packets are due by Monday, September 25 at 2:10 pm to Ms. Jacques in 501 (no exceptions)! Click here for application.(note: student must be logged into their MVRHS email to access link). See Ms. Hennigan (room 515), Ms. Cavanagh (512), or Ms. Jacques (501) for a hard copy of the packet or with any questions. Elections will be held on October 2nd in the PAC during Flex 1. We hope you decide to get involved! Your voice is important!

Compromisso de Honestidade Acadêmica
Esta semana, durante a Reunião de Mentores, os alunos estarão completando seu Compromisso de Honestidade Acadêmica anual. Fotos escolares de 28 a 29 de setembro
As fotos da escola serão tiradas nos dias 28 e 29 de setembro no saguão do PAC. Como fizemos nos anos anteriores, os grupos serão enviados por classe de inglês. Todos os alunos precisam ser fotografados, pois receberão uma carteira de estudante com código de barras que será usada na escola. O O’Connor Studios fornecerá nossas fotos este ano e enviará um e-mail às famílias para que solicitem impressões. As fotos serão enviadas diretamente para as famílias. Se tiver alguma dúvida sobre como solicitar impressões, entre em contato com o suporte ao cliente da O’Connor Studios pelo telefone 978-640-6250 ou envie um e-mail para eles aqui.
Alunos: Participe do Basquete Unificado!
O que é a Unified? Aqui está um breve vídeo promocional. Em resumo, os esportes unificados são esportes patrocinados pelo MIAA e pelas Olimpíadas Especiais que reúnem alunos com deficiência (atletas) e alunos neurotípicos (parceiros). O ideal é que haja um equilíbrio igual entre atletas e parceiros. Há algumas vagas abertas na equipe para os alunos interessados! Se você estiver interessado em participar, consulte o Sr. McGrath ou a Sra. Muir e/ou participe de uma reunião na terça-feira, 19 de setembro, depois da escola, na academia, para saber mais!
Atenção, calouros: Participe do governo estudantil!
Convocamos todos os alunos interessados em concorrer ao governo estudantil da 9ª série! Essa é uma ótima oportunidade de se envolver, conhecer novas pessoas e participar da organização de atividades divertidas para sua turma. Os pacotes de inscrição devem ser entregues até segunda-feira, 25 de setembro, às 14h10, à Sra. Jacques no 501 (sem exceções)! Clique aqui para fazer a inscrição (observação: o aluno deve estar conectado ao seu e-mail da MVRHS para acessar o link). Consulte a Sra. Hennigan (sala 515), a Sra. Cavanagh (512) ou a Sra.
