Important: PowerSchool Update
PowerSchool has updated their application software. In order to access the latest version of the app, all students and parents/guardians need to uninstall and reinstall the PowerSchool app. Our 4 digit District Code is LHWH.
SWEAR Assembly
The SWEAR Assembly will take place this week: December 7th from 8:30 – 10 am for Juniors and Seniors and December 8th from 8:30 – 10 am for Freshman and Sophomores. SWEAR is a rape and sexual assault prevention and awareness program. Due to the difficult nature of this topic MV Community Services’ CONNECT to end violence counselors will be available throughout the day should students need additional support. Any student who does not wish to attend the assembly will have the option to have a study period in the library.
IPAC meeting
The IPAC (Island Parent Advisory Committee) for Special Needs Students Meeting will take place Wednesday, December 7th at 5:30 pm via zoom. More info here.
Minnesingers Annual Holiday Concert
Bring your family to the Minnesingers concert on Friday, December 9th at 8 pm or Saturday, December 10th at 4 pm at the Old Whaling Church!
NHS Induction Ceremony Rescheduled
Due to a conflict, the National Honor Society Fall Induction Ceremony has been rescheduled to Thursday, December 22nd in the PAC at MVRHS. A reception will begin at 6pm followed by a ceremony at 6:30 pm.
COVID Vax Clinic
There will be another COVID Vaccination clinic at MVRHS on Sunday, December 11th from 9am-5pm. Stop and Shop Gift Cards will be given out to each person receiving a vaccine. Register at this link.

Holiday Treat Bags for Staff
Parents/Guardians: Please help the PTSO wish our teachers and staff a wonderful holiday with holiday treat bags! The PTSO is asking families who are able to please donate a bag of individually wrapped candy, K cups for Keurig coffee machines, or Hot Cocoa. The leadership class will put all the treat bags together. Treats can be sent to school with your child OR dropped off during school hours at the front office. All treats need to be delivered by FRIDAY DECEMBER 16TH! Thank you for helping to make the holidays special for our teachers and staff! – MVRHS PTSO

Palestra da SWEAR
A Palestra da SWEAR acontecerá esta semana: 7 de dezembro das 8h30 às 10h00 para Juniors e Seniors e 8 de dezembro das 8h30 às 10h00 para Freshman eSophomores . A SWEAR é um programa de prevenção e conscientização sobre estupro e agressão sexual. Devido à natureza difícil deste tópico, o CONNECT dos Serviços Comunitários da MV estará disponível durante todo o dia, caso os estudantes precisem de apoio adicional. Qualquer aluno que não desejar participar da palestra terá a opção de ter um período de estudo na biblioteca.
Concerto Anual de Férias dos Minnesingers
Traga sua família ao concerto dos Minnesingers na sexta-feira, 9 de dezembro às 20h ou no sábado, 10 de dezembro às 16h na Igreja Old Whaling Church.
Cerimônia de Indução do NHS Remarcada
A Cerimônia National Honor Society Fall Induction Ceremony foi remarcada para quinta-feira, 22 de dezembro, no PAC. A recepção começará às 18h, seguida por uma cerimônia às 18h30.
Clínica COVID Vax
Haverá outra clínica de vacinação COVID na Martha ‘s Vineyard Regional High School no domingo, 11 de dezembro das 9h às 17h. Os Cartões de Presente Stop&Shop Gift Cards serão entregues a cada pessoa que receber uma vacina. Por favor, registre-se neste link.
