Dear MVRHS Parent/Guardian, 



Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2-6th!  The Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) is planning a weeklong celebration for the MVRHS teachers and staff, during the week of May 2nd, 2022. 



Our PTSO relies solely on donations. We need you! 

Donation drop off deadlines: (*drop all donations with Julie Meader in the front office).

• Items for the raffle baskets: end of day Thursday, April 28th
• Items for treat buffet day (food/beverage): end of day, Friday, April 29th

Donation ideas for items for the Teacher Raffle baskets:

• Spa Basket: gift certificate for mani/pedi/massage, scented candle, cozy socks, lotions, soaps, fun headbands, facial masks, eye masks, yoga or meditation items, bubble bath.
• Beach Basket: beach towel, books, hat/visor, sand toys, boogie board, beach games, suntan lotion, gift cards for sandwiches/beach lunch, beach chair/umbrella.
• Sports/Golf Basket: a round of golf at your favorite course, golf related items, golf balls, tees, golf towel, sports items, mini golf gift certificate, gift card for bowling, gift card to The Lazy Frog. 
• Foodie Basket: preserves, gift certificates to any restaurant/Grey Barn/Morning Glory/Black Sheep/Leroux, cookbook, dishtowels, potholders. 
• Home Décor Basket: items for home décor, décor book, throw/blanket, votives, gift cards to any of the home/gift décor island stores. 

Gift certificate/card ideas: coffee shop, flowers, bookstore, gardening, restaurants, grocery, pizza shop, home, hardware.



Donation ideas for the “All-day Teacher Treat Buffet” *PRE-PACKAGED please.

• single pack muffins/bakery/cookies 
• granola & protein bars 
• whole fruit – oranges, apples, bananas 
• individual bags of chips/pretzels/popcorn 
• yogurts/single serving cheese sticks 
• treat size chocolates – something sweet 
• cans/bottles of flavored seltzers, lemonade, diet coke, sprite
