All Students Must Be Registered via FamilyID

Dear Parent/Guardians of MVRHS Students;

MVRHS uses FamilyID to gather MEDICAL and DEMOGRAPHIC information for ALL students. The initial information you enter will carry over into the next school year making it easy for annual updates and confirmation. Parents/Guardians are required yearly to review your student(s) data and make any changes and confirm.

Kindly Note: Parents/guardians who registered their student(s) last year are required to review their stored data, make updated changes if necessary, answer a couple of newly added items and confirm.

Also, families with more than one student at the High School will only need one account to manage the registration for all their students.

What to do to register your child using FamilyID:

1. Go to www.familyid.com
2. If your child is an athlete or if your child is in 10, 11, or 12th grade, you may already have an account.  Sign into that account.
3. If not, you will need to create a new account
4. Your email address will be your log in
5. Create your own password
6. Identify your school (Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School)
7. There will be two clickable links
   • Student Registration – Demographics & Medical 2021-2022:  All parents must review or complete this important information.  This includes emergency contact info, field trip permissions, and general contact information. All parents must complete this to provide information to the school nurse.
   • MVRHS Sports Registration:  The parent of any student participating in a sport must complete Sports Registration to play.

Prezados Pais/Responsáveis dos Estudantes da MVRHS,

A MVRHS usa o FamilyID para coletar informações MÉDICAS e DEMOGRÁFICAS para TODOS os estudantes. As informações iniciais que você digitar serão transferidas para o próximo ano letivo, facilitando as atualizações e informações anuais. Os pais/responsáveis devem rever anualmente os dados de seus filhos no Family ID e fazer quaisquer mudanças e confirmar. 

Observação: Os pais/responsáveis que registraram seus filhos no ano passado são obrigados a rever os dados armazenados, fazer mudanças e atualizar informações  se necessário, responder a alguns itens recém adicionados e confirmar.

Além disso, as famílias com mais de um aluno na High School precisarão apenas de uma conta para administrar a inscrição de todos os seus filhos.

O que fazer para registrar seu filho usando o FamilyID:

• Acesse  www.familyid.com
• Se seu filho é atleta ou se seu filho está na 10ª, 11ª ou 12ª série, você já pode ter uma conta no Family ID.  Entre nessa conta.
• Caso contrário, você precisará criar uma conta
• Seu endereço de e-mail será seu login
• Crie sua própria senha
• Identifique sua escola (Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School)
• Haverá dois links clicáveis
  • Registro de estudante – Demográfico e Medicina 2021-2022: Todos os pais devem rever ou completar esta importante informação.  Isto inclui informações de contato de emergência, permissões de viagem de campo e informações gerais de contato. Todos os pais devem completá-la para fornecer informações à enfermeira da escola.
  • Registro esportivo da MVRHS:  Os pais de qualquer aluno que participe de um esporte deve completar o Registro Esportivo para jogar.
