If you are under 18 and planning to work in Massachusetts, you may need a Youth Employment Permit before starting your job. Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School issues work permits for MVRHS students once all required paperwork has been completed.
Before coming to the Main Office, please download and print the application, complete all required sections, and gather the documents listed below. The process includes obtaining a job offer, completing any required health certification, and bringing the completed paperwork to school in person to receive your permit.
Please review all instructions carefully to help avoid delays. Work permits are issued for one employer only, so a new permit is required if you change jobs or begin an additional job.
