Student schedules and add/drop deadline

Hello Parents and Guardians, 

We have enjoyed seeing your students over the past week! We hope that they are off to a good start and settling into the school year with familiar routines. 

Many students have changed their schedules over the past week. We ask that you please log in to your parent PowerSchool account, or ask your student to show you their schedules from their account, so that you can review any changes they might have made. We hope that your student discussed the changes with you ahead of time and that you are comfortable with their choices. If you have any concerns about their schedules, please talk with your student and as always, reach out to us with any questions or concerns. 

Please be aware that the deadline to add or drop any class is this Friday, September 16th. We expect that most elective changes have already been completed, but we understand that in some situations, students may need more time to determine if the class is right for them. This is especially true for students who are considering dropping down a level in a course. We always encourage students to challenge themselves, however they should consider their overall time commitments for homework, sports or other activities, responsibilities outside of school, and ultimately make choices that work best for them overall.
