Brief Description of job: I have several responsibilities, which include; executing and following a daily prep list, baking select bakery items, preparing frostings and fillings, filling and frosting cakes, preparing and finishing a variety of pastries for the pastry case, and working with others as a team.
Like/dislike about internship/mentorship: I love working in a big bakery, making desserts every day. It’s been amazing. I love everything about it.
Influence of job experience on post graduation life: Although I already knew what I wanted to do before this experience it has further solidified my love for the job.
