Aaron participated in California Polytechnic State University’s Summer Architecture Career Workshop, a four week program to explore the possibilities of architecture through higher education and into its profession. The concept of architecture was presented as more than just buildings drawn on paper, but as spaces created for a specific purpose. Various techniques were studied, such as use of materials, the manipulation of light and creating environments. Not only was the workshop a portfolio-building opportunity, but also a worthwhile bonding experience leaving students with lasting friendships.
