Dear Parents,
I wanted to touch base with you after Governor Baker’s press conference on Sunday evening. The Governor is closing all schools until April 7. This will extend the time that we will be making educational resources available to students. The decision about whether or not this date is extended will be made as we get closer to April 7.
We plan to have these resources available no later than Monday, March 23. Schools will be reaching out to families before the end of the week.
Food will be available for all students starting on Wednesday, March 18. Service will be grab and go style and will be offered at MVRHS, the Edgartown School, the Oak Bluffs School, the Tisbury School, and the West Tisbury School. Families can receive food from any of these sites. As you enter the parking lot, please follow the signs to the pick up spot. Please do not exit your car. A staff member will come out to your car and hand you your food. Each school will be sending out additional information to families.

Eu queria entrar em contato com você após a conferência de imprensa do governador Baker na noite de domingo. O governador encerrará todas as escolas até que 7 de abril. Isso prolongará o tempo que disponibilizaremos recursos educacionais para os alunos. A decisão de prorrogar ou não essa data será tomada à medida que nos aproximamos de 7 de abril.
Planejamos disponibilizar esses recursos o mais tardar na segunda-feira, 23 de março. As escolas entrarão em contato com as famílias até o final da semana.
A comida estará disponível para todos os alunos na quarta-feira, 18 de março. O serviço de alimentação será take-away e oferecido na MVRHS, Edgartown School, Oak Bluffs School, Tisbury School e West Tisbury School. As famílias podem receber comida de qualquer um desses sites. Ao entrar no estacionamento, siga as indicações para o local de retirada. Por favor, não saia do seu carro. Um funcionário chegará ao carro e entregará sua comida. Cada escola enviará informações adicionais às famílias.
