Back to School Night for Parents will take place on Thursday, October 14th at 6PM at the Performing Arts Center on the MVRHS campus.
Parents MUST bring a copy of their student’s schedule to the event (digital or print) – either by logging onto PowerSchool OR having your student complete the form found below.
This event is an opportunity for parents to obtain information and ask questions about their student’s education. Please be on time. If you have questions for Guidance or Administration, please arrive early.
The schedule for the evening allows parents the opportunity to follow an abbreviated schedule of their student’s classes. Unlike the regular 75 minute block, these classes will run for 10 minutes. Teachers will review curriculum and tools for parents to monitor their student’s progress during the school year. Formal individual conferences can be scheduled with teachers in November. Take advantage of this opportunity to see the world your student inhabits every day and meet the people who teach them. It’s one of the best ways to build that all-important home-school connection.
